Below is a list of the most commonly asked questions we get regarding the use of URAutoLoads.com. If you cannot find an answer to your question in the list below, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

1. How do I search for available orders?

From the Available Orders tab, choose the Select Orders box for both the Origin and Destination boxes. For inoperable vehicles, choose the Inoperable box. Once your criteria is set, then press Search.

2. How do I in-route my order?

From the in process tab, check the box to the left of the order, then under the actual pick up column, click inside the box and a calendar will pop up. Choose your dates, then the Done box. Make sure to click on SAVE CHANGES before exiting to update all orders.

3. How do I deliver my order?

From the in process tab, check the box to the left of the order, then under the actual delivery column click inside the box. You will be asked to enter the order number to confirm you are updating the correct order then and a calendar will pop up. Choose your dates then the Done box. Make sure to click on SAVE CHANGES before exiting to update all orders.

4. What is the red clock located under the Actual Pick up and/or Actual Delivery column?

The red clock symbol means that your order is late for either pick up, delivery or both.

5. How do I print my BOL?

Select the check box next to the order, and then choose the button that says “Get BOL’s for Selected”. You can then Print, Email or fax. To Print, choose the Print. When the pdf file opens, choose the print. Email and Fax will send to your default information we have on file.

6. How do I check my payment status?

Select the Pending Payments tab to review payment status and approximate pay date.

7. How do I unassign from an order?

Select the box next to the order, and then choose from the drop down menu on the left of the order your reason for needing to unassign. Choose the Unassign Selected button. Confirm that the information has saved in the confirmation box.

8. How do I change my password?

Go to Account Settings tab and scroll down to Change User Password section. OR if you CANNOT log in because you forgot , go to the Login page and then click the Forgot Password link. An email will be sent to you with instructions.
